Slipstream
Getting Stuck
LWC is only months away, but let’s be honest: training across swim, paddle, board and run is hard to keep track of, and it’s even harder to stay fired up when the finish line still feels miles away. That’s exactly why we’ve released Slipstream: log any session in about 30 seconds, keep your daily streak alive, and see everyone’s training in a live feed with leaderboards and pacer benchmarks so you always know how you’re stacking up.
No spreadsheets, no wondering whether you’re actually on track: just open it, log it, and let the streak (and a bit of friendly rivalry) keep you honest all the way to December 2026. Don’t drift through the build and arrive underdone (or overcooked). Sign up and log your first session today; it takes less than a minute, and your streak starts the second you do.
Built For The Squad
Slipstream is a mobile-first tracker made for a multi-discipline squad. It’s not another bloated app you have to be taught how to use; the whole thing is built around one habit: train, log it, move on. Everything else (streaks, feed, boards) takes care of itself in the background.
- Log in ~30 seconds. Pick your discipline (swim, paddle, board or run), tap a duration, slide the effort meter, choose how it felt, and save. Splits are optional for when you want them.
- Keep your readiness honest. A quick daily check on sleep, soreness and energy gives you a live readiness ring, so you know when to push and when to back off.
- A home that knows where you are. The dashboard shows your current week and training phase, your streak, this week’s volume and your hard-session target; all derived automatically from the program calendar.
Stay Fired Up
The hardest part of a long build isn’t the training; it’s staying motivated when December feels a lifetime away. So we leaned into the squad.
- A live squad feed. See what everyone just did and react with a tap (fire, flex, star). No comment threads, no noise; just encouragement.
- Leaderboards. Volume, hard sessions and streaks across the whole squad, with your row highlighted. A little friendly rivalry goes a long way.
- One rest day won’t kill your streak. Life happens. A streak survives a single missed day; it only breaks once two days in a row slip by. The point is consistency, not perfection.
Race The Pacers
This is our favourite part. Slipstream ships with pacer benchmarks: “perfect athlete” accounts that quietly follow the ideal phase plan day after day. Bench yourself against Apex (hits 100% of the plan), Contender (~85%) or Rising (~65%) and see exactly where you sit on the road to peak.
Pacers are off the leaderboards by default; the kids aren’t here to be permanently outranked by a robot. Flip the + Pacers toggle when you want the comparison, switch it off when you just want to race your squad. Pacer entries always carry a PACER badge so you know what’s real and what’s the benchmark.
A Quick Run-Through
Here’s the whole app in five screens. It really is this simple.
1. Your home base. Open Slipstream and everything you need is right there: today’s date and phase, your day streak (with a little “streak safe” reassurance), your readiness score, where you are in the build, this week’s volume and hard-session count, and what the squad just did.

2. The morning check-in. Tap Recover and answer three quick questions: how many hours you slept, how sore you are, and your energy. The readiness ring updates live as you tap, so you get an honest read on whether today’s a push day or a back-off day.

3. Logging a session. Five fields, thirty seconds. Pick a discipline, tap a duration, drag the effort meter, choose how it felt, and (if you want) add your key efforts. Save, and it lands in your streak and the squad feed instantly.

4. The boards (and the pacers). Volume, Hard and Streak leaderboards, refreshed weekly. Your row is highlighted so you can find yourself at a glance. Flip the + Pacers toggle and Apex, Contender and Rising drop in (each wearing a PACER badge) so you can see exactly how you measure up against the perfect build.

5. Know your phase. Not sure why your targets just changed? The phase guide explains it: 24 weeks across Base, Build, Sharpen and Peak, what each one is training for, and how to approach today’s session. No guessing about whether you should be banking easy hours or chasing race pace.
